Privacy.

We collect the minimum needed to register domains and run your hosting — and we deliberately avoid holding anything sensitive that someone else can hold better.

Payment details — we never see them

Your card details never touch our servers. All payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout, and your card is stored by Stripe, not by us. We keep only order records: what you bought, the price, and Stripe reference numbers.

Your address and phone number — for the domain registry

When you register a domain, ICANN rules require the registry to hold the registrant's real name, postal address, phone number and email. That is the only reason we ask for them. The domain is registered in your name, WHOIS privacy redaction is enabled by default, and we don't use these details for anything else. Hosting-only customers are never asked for an address or phone number at all.

Each processes only what it needs for its role, under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can cancel your plan and remove your domains — including all hosted files — directly from your dashboard at any time. For anything else, including deleting your account records entirely, email [email protected] — we answer around the clock.
